Module 1

Develop Your Mindset: Belief is Key

Hit the start line because it's time to develop your mindset, which you’ll find is driven by belief.

You'll use this module to dig deep to define exactly why you are working. You must know your mindset sets the trajectory for the other leaders on your team.

Module Highlights:

• Learning how your decisions depend on your beliefs will give you the power to adjust beliefs that aren’t serving you anymore.
• Knowing the roots of your beliefs will help you trace the mindset and decisions you make toward your team and leadership.
• Your mindset and beliefs are intrinsically connected to your why. Use this module to learn how to deepen why you are working after adjusting your beliefs.

Module 2

The Power of Vision in Leadership

Your ability to cast vision and inspire vision within your team will be a crucial tool for growing and scaling the business of your dreams. While you may not have the exact team you want for the future, you do have influence (even if it’s just ONE follower!) and the ability to inspire vision. You’ll validate the vision you’re casting and learn how to appropriately cast it for your team to follow. And organizations that are inspired by vision will run toward the vision. It’s the perfect storm. 

Module Highlights:

• You’ll learn where vision comes from and how to cast a more compelling vision for your team to chase.
• Learning the difference between a vision worth chasing and a vision that is simply inspirational will help you decide whether you are appropriately leading your team toward success, in the big vision and their goals as well.
• The intricacies of goals and visions seem similar, but they’re actually very different. Discussing the difference will help you take effective training back to your teams.

Module 3

Setting and Accomplishing Realistic Goals for Your Team: Analyzing Your Organization for Growth

Any organization should have goals for its team members. Goals vary in size and accomplishment, but can make a tremendous difference in the health and excitement of your team.

We’ll conquer micro and monumental goals with a template to use for identifying which goals align with your vision. 

Module Highlights:

• An in-depth analyzation of your organization will teach you to identify which habits need to stay and which habits need to go.
• Learning how to duplicate every success and event worth celebrating will be important in knowing what activities lead toward growth and which lead toward failure.
• Understanding how to create space for healthy discussion will teach you as a leader how to hear criticism and compliments and take both for the benefit of your team and organization.

Module 4

Creating An Intentional Identity Within Your Team: People-Focused Culture Drives Progress

Deciding early what you want to be known for in your leadership will help carve out a path for success in the future. An intentional identity in your team can be created, but it must be nurtured. This module will teach you the elements of that technique.

Module Highlights:

• You’ll learn how to identify early the culture you want to create in your team.
• You’ll be given Laura’s step-by-step process for understanding the most important information to give new team members.
• How to nurture an intentional culture within your organization from the start and teach upcoming leaders to do the same.

Module 5

Implementing and Taking Action In Your Team

None of the last modules make a difference if you don’t implement and take action. Regardless of your product or team structure, implementing and taking action can be done for any organization. And lucky for you, it’s easy to teach too! Many leaders use too much information and leave their teams feeling overwhelmed and insecure.

Action can be taught and this module will show you best practices and a system for implementing in your own organization.
