Any good story starts with diapers, right? Mine is no different. 

Buying diapers to be exact. 

When I started my first business, my oldest daughter was only 8 weeks old. I can still remember justifying the start-up costs, "If I'm able to buy diapers every month, it'll be worth it."

Little did I know, that business would retire me from my full-time career, grow into a multi-million dollar business, give me the freedom to be fully present with my family (and grow by four more!), allow me the opportunity to coach other leaders to build multi-million dollar organizations all over the world, and provide the means to grow and operate four more businesses with my husband.

The corporate-ladder-climbing dreams I had as a girl were all dissolved when I realized my favorite place to be is present with my family. 

Since then, I've devoted my entire adult life to helping entrepreneurs like you understand that your life, your knowledge, your understanding, and your time are four tools you can use to change the world through your organizations.
